El procedimiento disciplinario y la aplicación de las Sanciones serán procedentes aunque el empleado haya Entrado en cesación definitiva de funciones. Cuando la multa, la suspensión o fa destitución no pudieren hacerse efectivas por cesación definitiva de funciones, se anotarán en 1a hoja de vida del sancionado para que surtan efectos como antecedentes.
