El gobierno podrá imponer administrativamente multas sucesivas, hasta de quinientos pesos ($500.00) al concesionario que cobre una tarifa mayor de la máxima, que modifique en todo o en parte las condiciones para la aplicación de ella o que establezca tarifas o condiciones diferenciales o preferenciales entre consumidores o empresas similares, contra lo prevenido en los artículos 11 y 13 de este Decreto.
