° Dicha Comisión se sujetara a lo establecido en los artículos 310 de 322 de la Ley 105 de 1890. En lugar de los testigos de que hablan los artículos 316 y 318 de esa ley, firmaran las sentencias y las diligencias de protocolización del Presidente y Secretario de la Cámara, quienes con los miembros de la Comisión de arbitramento constituyen el Tribunal de Comercio. El Secretario notificara las sentencias en la forma respectiva en el artículo 317 de la misma Ley.
