Los cargos de dirección y coordinación de servicios de psicología en establecimientos de salud y en instituciones de otra índole, deberán ser desempeñados por psicólogos con formación académica de nivel universitario. Igualmente, las empresas gubernamentales y no gubernamentales que requieran servicios en cualquier área de la Psicología aplicada solo podrán contratar psicólogos con título profesional.
