El Banco Ganadero podrá hacer todas las operaciones autorizadas legalmente a los Bancos Comerciales con las limitaciones establecidas en el presente Decreto y estará sujeto a las leyes que regulen en Colombia la industria bancaria, lo mismo que el pago de todos los impuestos nacionales, departamentales y municipales que graven esta clase de instituciones.
