Artículo once. Las cuentas de cobro por concepto de subsidio al transporte público colectivo urbano, deberán presentarse a la Corporación Financiera del Transporte dentro de los primeros quince (15) días hábiles del mes siguiente al de la prestación del servicio. La presentación extemporánea de las cuentas de cobro, acarreará la pérdida del derecho al subsidio correspondiente a ese período.
