Art. 38. Las penas correccionales aplicadas al alumno, cuando los estímulos de honor no sean suficientes, serán: Amonestación privada. Amonestación en público. Reprensión con apercibimiento. Arresto. Pérdida de un curso ó clase. Expulsión temporal ó definitiva de una clase. Estas penas se impondrán en proporción de la gravedad de la falta y teniendo en cuenta la conducta anterior del alumno.
