º Los clubes con deportistas profesionales poseerán exclusivamente los bienes que a cualquier título adquieran. En consecuencia, ninguno de los afiliados ni terceras personas podrán reivindicar, total o parcialmente, derecho alguno sobre el acervo patrimonial y sus obligaciones no dan derecho al acreedor a reclamarla a ninguno de ellos en particular, a menos que hayan consentido expresamente en responder, en todo o en parte, de tales obligaciones. Con todo, podrán convocar concurso de acreedores, de acuerdo con lo contemplado en el Título XL del Libro Cuarto del Código Civil y en el Título XXVIII del Libro Tercero del Código de Procedimiento Civil. Las personas naturales o jurídicas que entreguen bienes a cualquier título a los clubes con deportistas profesionales no podrán participar de sus beneficios económicos, los cuales ingresarán íntegramente al patrimonio de la corporación.
