Art. 2º. Decláranse libres de derechos de importación las maquinarias que se introduzcan por las Aduanas de la República con destino al laboreo de minas de metales preciosos, denunciadas á la fecha de la importación. Exceptúanse de lo dispuesto en este artículo los molinos para la trituración de minerales y los pisones ó bocartes para molino.
