Artículo único. Apruébase en todas sus partes el "Contrato celebrado con el Sr, Francisco J. Fernández para establecer y explotar cables telegráficos submarinos y cualquiera otra clase de comunicación ó vías telegráficas interoceánicas," contrato que, debidamente aprobado por el Gobierno y por el Consejo de Ministros con fechas 24 y 25 de Julio de 1905, correo publicado en el Diario Oficial número 12,416, de 5 de Agosto del año citado.

Parágrafo

Con la presente aprobación queda cumplida la cláusula 2none de las modificaciones introducidas por el Consejo de Ministros al contrato original. Comuníquese y publíquese.
