Los conductores de los equipos destinados al servicio público de transporte terrestre automotor individual de pasajeros en vehículos taxi deberán estar afiliados como cotizantes al sistema de seguridad social y no podrán opera r sin que se encuentren activos en el sistema de pensiones, y se regirán según las disposiciones contenidas en la Sección 1 del Capítulo 6 del Título 1 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1072 de 2015.
