° Tanto los hospitales que reciban auxilios del Tesoro Público, como los que no los reciben, y, en general, los establecimientos que por virtud de la voluntad de su fundador o fundadores deben prestar servicios de asistencia pública, quedan sometidos, en cuanto sea necesario, a las disposiciones de las leyes y decretos vigentes y que se dicten para reglamentar la intervención del Estado en los servicios de asistencia pública, y podrán ser visitados por el Médico Visitador v demás médicos al servicio del Departamento de Asistencia Social, en los términos del artículo anterior.
