En firme la Resolución de la Superintendencia, sendas copias de ella se enviarán al Consejo Superior de la Administración de Justicia, al Gobernador, Intendente o Comisario a quien competa la designación, y al Tribunal a quien corresponda la formación de las listas. En caso de suspensión o de destitución, el gobernador, Intendente o comisario respectivo procederá a designar a quien por encargo asuma las funciones notariales durante la suspensión o mientras se hace la provisión en propiedad o en interinidad, según las circunstancias.
