Créase un Juzgado Municipal en la ciudad de Cartago, Departamento del Valle, Distrito Judicial de Buga, con el personal v asignación correspondientes a su clase, y que conocerá de los negocios civiles. El Juzgado Promiscuo, que actualmente existe, seguirá conociendo de los asuntos penales.
