LAVADO Y DESINFECCION. Cuando los establecimientos comerciales de alimentos o bebidas no cuenten con agua y equipos en cantidad y calidad suficientes para el lavado y desinfección, los utensilios que se utilicen deberán ser desechables con el primer uso.
