º Las escuelas de alfabetización de los Territorios Nacionales y las escuelas parroquiales seguirán los programas oficiales de 1º y 2º año de educación primaria. La Inspección Nacional de Alfabetización supervisará el funcionamiento de dichas escuelas en su organización, normas educativas y métodos de enseñanza.
