°. Funciones. La Comisión tendrá las siguientes funciones

Definir las estrategias intersectoriales que faciliten la interlocución efectiva y de manera articulada entre los actores del sector transporte y las entidades que hacen parte de la Comisión.

Planificar acciones encaminadas a la prestación del servicio de transporte de manera continua, segura y eficiente.

Hacer recomendaciones a las autoridades competentes para facilitar las condiciones de transporte y tránsito de carga y pasajeros, cuando las circunstancias así lo ameriten.

Aprobar los informes que le sean solicitados sobre su gestión.

Expedir su propio reglamento.

Las demás funciones que sean propias de su naturaleza y que correspondan al objeto con el que fue creada.
