Al fallecimiento de un empleado civil con derecho a jubilación, sus beneficiarios, en el orden y proporción aquí señalados tienen derecho a recibir la pensión durante los dos (2) años subsiguientes, sin perjuicio de las prestaciones anteriores, de conformidad con el artículo 12 de la Ley 171 de 1961.
