Contra el presunto responsable de una de las infracciones establecidas en el Capítulo 1o. de este Título, se procederá de oficio o en virtud de denuncia que cualquier persona pueda formular. La denuncia podrá presentarse ante el Presidente del Tribunal Superior del Distrito en donde se hubiere cometido la falta o ante cualquier Juez de la República, quien la remitirá dentro de los dos días siguientes a dicho Tribunal.
