Art. 9.° Las Cámaras do Comercio establecidas con anterioridad á esta ley, quedarán comprendidos en ella, si dentro de sesenta días después de su promulgación, las Juntas directivas de dichas Cámaras manifestaren al Gobierno que aceptan y acatan sus disposiciones.
