Si la decisión es favorable al actor, el Juez fija un término, que no pase de diez días, para que ella se cumpla, con la advertencia de que si no se ejecuta el hecho; se decretará el embargo y secuestro de bienes del demandado necesarios para asegurar los derechos del demandante, conforme a las reglas generales.
