Para La Aplicación De La Prerrogativa A Que Se Refiere El Inciso 2º Del Artículo 8º Y El Parágrafo 2º Del Artículo 9º De La Citada Ley, Solos E Tomará En Cuenta Un (1) Título Universitario, Es Decir, Que Ningún Funcionario Podrá Obtener Una Reducción Mayor De Tres (3) Años
