- Establecer en diecinueve (19) centavos por cada mil pesos ($1.000) de activos totales, la tarifa de la contribución a cobrar a las sociedades sometidas a la vigilancia o control de la Superintendencia de Sociedades, correspondiente al año 2013, que no estén en las situaciones previstas en el artículo siguiente. En ningún caso dicha contribución podrá ser inferior a un salario mínimo legal mensual vigente.
