Las declaraciones de parte y de testigos se practicarán en audiencia pública. El juez, de oficio a solicitud del interesado, podrá interrogar a las partes y a los testigos y practicar careos entre las partes, los testigos y aquellas y estos. La renuncia de las partes a comparecer o a responder o su contestación evasiva y su falta de colaboración serán valoradas como indicio.
