º. Campo de aplicación. El presente decreto se aplica a las entidades promotoras de salud, EPS, y demás entidades obligadas a compensar, EOC, a los aportantes y en general a todas las personas naturales o jurídicas que participan del proceso de afiliación y pago de cotizaciones en el régimen contributivo del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud y a los Regímenes Excepcionados y Especiales, cuando haya lugar.
