Parágrafo

La cesión anterior queda sujeta a la condición resolutoria de que el Municipio celebre con Centrales Eléctricas del Cauca S. A. (Cedelca), dentro de los noventa (90) días siguientes a la formalización de la cesión, el contrato correspondiente para incorporar dicha Planta como aporte de capital al referido organísmo.

ARTICULO 2º Esta Ley regirá desde su sanción.
