La Contraloría General de la República ejercerá la vigilancia y control de las normas establecidas en el presente Decreto, y los auditores se abstendrán de visar los cheques que se giren a empleados que hubieren acumulado retardos o ausencias de la oficina durante una quincena, sin que la respectiva sanción haya sido levantada mediante resolución del Jefe del correspondiente organismo.
