La fijación de los valores de que trata el numeral 69 del artículo 5 del Decreto 2908 de 1960, se hará con base en los datos que suministre la Superintendencia de Sociedades Anónimas, o la entidad que tenga a su cargo el control y vigilancia de la respectiva sociedad. A falta de tales datos, el impuesto se causará sobre el valor nominal de las acciones.
