Los ciudadanos que acrediten pertenecer a los niveles, uno, dos o tres del Sisbén, que no sean aptos para prestar el servicio militar y sean clasificados, podrán obtener su tarjeta militar en las diferentes convocatorias que celebran las autoridades de Reclutamiento o acercándose al Distrito Militar donde se encuentren inscritos.
