El Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible en coordinación con las demás entidades que conforman el Sistema Nacional de Protección y Bienestar Animal (SINAPYBA), en un término de un (1) año a partir de la entrada en vigencia de la presente ley, dispondrá de un medio de acceso digital y gratuito en el cual reportará los avances de esterilización quirúrgica de gatos y perros con enfoque territorial.
