Articulo 21 . Representación legal . El Gerente o Director General de la Zona Franca, será el representante legal del organismo, agente del Presidente de la República, de su libre nombramiento y remoción, encargado de dirigir y administrar la entidad, conjuntamente con la junta Directiva, de acuerdo con sus respectivos ámbitos de competencia.
