º Postulación e inscripción. La postulación e inscripción podrá efectuarse por iniciativa propia del funcionario o empleado o por un número no inferior a cinco (5) empleados o funcionarios de la respectiva entidad, por escrito, ante el Jefe de Personal o de la dependencia que haga sus veces, entre el 1º y el 30 de octubre de cada año.
