PATRIMONIO. - El patrimonio de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro estará conformado por:

1. Los bienes, derechos y obligaciones que a cualquier título haya adquirido o adquiera.

2. Los ingresos de las oficinas de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos.

3. Los dineros que por cualquier otro concepto ingresen a la Superintendencia.
