Términos. Dentro de los treinta (30) días, contados a partir de la presentación de la solicitud con el lleno de los requisitos legales, la autoridad ambiental competente deberá otorgar o negar el permiso.

Parágrafo

Lo dispuesto en este artículo se entenderá sin perjuicio de lo previsto en el Código Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo con respecto a la solicitud de informaciones o documentos adicionales.
