Los Jefes de División, Directores Regionales, Jefes de Sección e Inspectores del Ministerio del Trabajo estás investidos del carácter de Jede de Policía para todo lo relacionado con la vigilancia y control de qué trata el artículo 41 del Decreto 2351 de 4 de septiembre de 1965, y facultados para imponer multas sucesivas de doscientos pesos ($200) a diez mil pesos ($10.000), según la gravedad de la infracción y mientras ésta subsista, con destino al Instituto Colombiano de Seguros Sociales.
