Artículo sexto. Siempre que se pretenda establecer un cruce de una vía o calle pública con las líneas férreas de servicio público, la entidad que la construya debe obtener el correspondiente permiso de la empresa férrea, y el cruce se establecerá de acuerdo con las exigencias que fijen los Ferrocarriles.
