Artículo único . Concédese una pensión de cincuenta pesos mensuales á cada una de las señoras Luisa Herrán Portocarrero de Castro y Manuela Herrán Portocarrero, nietas del prócer de la Independencia José María Portocarrero.

Concéderse igualmente una pensión de cincuenta pesos mensuales á cada una de las señoritas Julia, Gertrudis y María Elena Villaveces, biznietas del prócer de la Independencia, General Antonio Nariño.

La partida indispensable para el gasto citado, se considerará incluída en los Presupuestos respectivos.
