La Secretaria Técnica y Administrativa del Consejo del Programa: "Plan Nacional de Investigación Sociojurídica" será ejercida conjuntamente por el funcionario del mas alto nivel designado por el Director del Instituto Colombiano para el Desarrollo de la Ciencia y la Tecnología, "Colciencias", que desarrolle tareas afines al programa descrito en el presente decreto y por la Unidad de Justicia del Departamento Nacional de Planeación.
