Los Balances o Estados Financieros de las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado deberán ser sometidos a la refrendación del respectivo Auditor Fiscal, quien además presentará un informe con comentarios sobre los resultados de la gestión financiera y publicados en el Diario Oficial.
