Articulo 56. La Escuela de Policía "general Santander" se compondrá de: 1°. Una plana mayor. 2°. Un curso de preparación de Oficiales. 3°. Un curso de preparación de Suboficiales. 4°. Un curso de preparación de Agentes; y 5°. Un curso de preparación y perfeccionamiento de Detectives. Es entendido que la composición de que trata se refiere al primer periodo de funcionamiento de la Escuela. En el Decreto orgánico y reglamentario de los cursos de perfeccionamiento, se determinara la composición de la Escuela a este respecto.
