El contrato de apertura de crédito se celebrará por escrito en el que se hará constar la cuantía del crédito abierto.

De omitirse la naturaleza de la disponibilidad, se entenderá que es simple. Si otra cosa no se ha estipulado, las sumas utilizadas ganarán intereses para operaciones bancarias a plazo menor de un año, durante el tiempo de la utilización.
