º . Trámite de la autorización . El trámite de la autorización de los importadores de materias textiles y sus manufacturas y calzado y sus partes se adelantará ante la Subdirección de Comercio Exterior de la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, conforme a lo dispuesto en los artículos 78 y siguientes del Decreto 2685 de 1999 y demás normas que lo modifiquen, reglamenten o adicionen.
