LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 143.- CAPITAL MINIMO PARA MANTENER SECCION DE AHORROS.

Sin perjuicio de la existencia de aportes mínimos no reducibles, conforme a la Ley 79 de 1988, en los estatutos deberá establecerse el capital destinado para la sección de ahorros, el cual no podrá ser inferior al monto que fije el Gobierno Nacional y también tendrá el carácter de mínimo e irreductible.
