º. Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para emitir hasta setenta millones de pesos ($70.000.000.00) en Bonos Nacionales de Deuda Interna, que devengarán intereses a la tasa del 8% anual, pagaderos por trimestres vencidos, y que serán amortizados en un plazo de seis (6) años por el sistema de amortización gradual y por medio de sorteos trimestrales. Esta amortización principiará a contarse en el año de 1959.

Parágrafo

Los Bonos Nacionales de Deuda Interna del 8% estarán exentos del impuesto sobre la renta y complementarios.
