LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.1.6.1.1Servicios prestados por medio de corresponsales.

Sin perjuicio de lo previsto en el artículo 92 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, los establecimientos de crédito podrán prestar los servicios a que se refiere el artículo 2.1.6.1.2 del presente decreto, bajo su plena responsabilidad, a través de terceros corresponsales conectados a través de sistemas de transmisión de datos, quienes actuarán en todo caso por cuenta del establecimiento de crédito en los términos del presente Título y del Título 7 del presente Libro.
