El que cometa contra el Jefe de un Estado extranjero o contra su representante, por razón del ejercicio de sus funciones, uno de los actos previstos en los artículos 184 a 186 quedará sujeto a las penas señaladas para los mismos delitos, cuando se cometan contra funcionarios públicos colombianos, aumentadas en una cuarta parte.
