Régimen presupuestal. El presupuesto de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Planeación Minero Energética (UPME), hará parte del Presupuesto General de la Nación y será presentado al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público - Dirección General del Presupuesto Público Nacional para su estudio.

Parágrafo

Este presupuesto será sufragado de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 266 de la Ley 2294 de 2023 “Por el cual se expide el plan nacional de desarrollo 2022- 2026 “Colombia potencia mundial de la vida” y las normas que lo modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
