La sanción consistente en la suspensión de que trata el literal d) del artículo 79 sólo podrá ser impuesta por el Tribunal Nacional Etico Profesional y en su contra son procedentes los recursos de reposición para ante el mismo Tribunal, dentro de los treinta días hábiles siguientes a la fecha de notificación de la sanción, o el subsidiario de apelación para ante el Ministerio de Salud dentro del mismo término.
