El registro de direcciones, cada vez que se efectúe en cualquiera de las oficinas enumeradas en el artículo segundo del presente Decreto, causará un derecho de un peso ($ 1.00), en estampillas de sobreporte aéreo nacional (Correo Extrarrápido), las cuales se adherirán y anularán en el duplicado del recibo que se expida al interesado.
