Para efectos fiscales los gastos que demande el presente decreto-ley serán cubiertos con cargo al presupuesto de servicios personales indirectos de la Contraloría General de la República en el marco de lo previsto en el artículo 92 de la Ley 617 de 2000, por ende, su costo es neutro.
